We are still processing all orders within 24hrs and dropping off all parcels to Royal Mail.
Unfortunately we can't guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver your order within the normal business days as promised by Royal Mail prior to the Corvid 19 crisis. Our customers have advised us it takes an extra three days for the parcel/order to arrive. We believe that First class signed for parcels are a treated as a priority compared to normal first class and second class mail.
